Auxiliary Notes

The Auxiliary has asked the MHMOA to join them on a Saturday night adventure June 9^th 2012.
The event will be at the Lowry Town Center. Tickets may be purchased for $15.00 at Haley’s Heart – 200 Quebec Street, Lowry Town Center.
Wine Walk from 6:00-8:00 with the Concert beginning at 7:15-10:00.
No reservations are required – Tickets will go on sale at 5:30 that evening.

On the 14^th of June, our Auxiliary is planning to tour the Yves Saint Laurent The Retrospective collection
and the Madeleine Albright pin collection at the Denver Art Museum.
We will meet at approximately 1000 hours at the Museum entrance.
Lunch and transportation on your own.

If you choose SBP (suvivor's benefit plan) or an earlier version where part of your military retired
pay goes to your surviving spouse, check the back of your latest pay statement to ensure that
the correct information is listed for your spouse!

The Buckley CAO provides information for surviving spouses as well as "one stop shop" for
handling of VA, Military Branch of Service death notification, etc. If you have not
had the opportunity to speak with the Buckley CAO, you need to, they are a great source of
information on survivors benefits and helping the surviving spouse.
